Our team at EAP comprises a dynamic group of people who enrich the quality of our organisation by bringing core skills and expertise in the teaching and management of children with autism spectrum disorder and in the day to day management and efficient delivery of administrative support at the centre.
Our Senior Management team are passionate experts who are experienced, trained and certified and committed to bringing the best standard of counsel and education to children and parents. We ensure that staff members receive the highest level of training, guidance and supervision to deliver quality support and care to both parents and children who come to EAP. We provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training to each of our staff and offer ongoing opportunities for advancement to keep them motivated.
Our therapists utilise Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. With a heart–centered approach, we have a young energetic and driven team of therapists who are committed advocates for the children in their care. They are also able and experienced to facilitate parent training with a focus on behaviour management and implementation of parenting strategies for children with ASD.
Our Administrative team of highly motivated young individuals play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and management of day-to day operations and core support functions at EAP.
