ABA Therapist

Job Description

As an ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children with autism on a daily basis! You will be working one-to-one with the children, to deliver instructions and teach them the skills vital to their overall development and progression! You will receive intensive initial training in the principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) paired with hands-on practical training to deliver treatment to individuals with autism.

Requirements
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children
  • Interested in a career in the field of autism
  • Completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or relevant education and mental health fields.
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Cheerful, energetic and a team player
  • Willing to travel within the Klang Valley and has own transport
  • Ability to make a 1-year minimum commitment

Internship

Job Description

As an intern at EAP, you will have the opportunity to be in contact with the children and assist with their therapy programmes! You will also be involved in the day-to-day operations and events that happen throughout the year at EAP Malaysia!

Requirements
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children
  • Interested in a career in the field of autism
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, or relevant education related qualification
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Cheerful, energetic and a team player
  • Ability to make a 3-month minimum commitment
