Founder of Wisconsin Early Autism Project &
Founder of Early Autism Project Malaysia
Dr Glen Sallows is the founder of EAP Malaysia as well as our parent company, Wisconsin Early Autism Project. He has been working in the field of autism for over 25 years and has supervised programmes for over 1000 Wisconsin children. He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon and trained with Dr. Ivar Lovaas at UCLA prior to starting WEAP in 1993 with Tamlynn D. Graupner, MS. Dr. Sallows and Dr. Graupner continue to study the effectiveness of ABA therapy and have brought this treatment to children in the U.S., Great Britain, Canada, Central America, Australia and Malaysia.
Dr. Sallows also served as Director of the Youth Counseling Program at the Children’s Psychiatric Center at the Community Mental Health Center in Freehold, New Jersey. He has taught at the University of Wisconsin and in a variety of other forums. He has published and presented nationally and internationally in the areas of child treatment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Dr. Sallows is a member of the American Psychological Association, Wisconsin Psychological Association, National register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and the Autism Society of America.
Founder of Wisconsin Early Autism Project &
Founder of Early Autism Project Malaysia
Dr Graupner is the Founder of EAP Malaysia and our parent company Wisconsin Early Autism Project. She has supervised the administration of therapy programs for over one thousand children. Dr. Graupner completed her Ph.D. in Pediatric Neuropsychology in 2013, studying brain differences in children with autism prior to and following intensive ABA therapy. Dr. Graupner also holds a B.S. in Psychology and Behavioral Science from the University of South Florida, and an M.S. in Early Childhood Development – Early Childhood Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Dr. Rebecca Thompson is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) and Clinical Psychologist from our parent company, Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), who has almost 20 years of experience in the field of autism and Clinical Psychology. Dr. Rebecca is also the Director of Clinical Services of WEAP, overseeing the 4 WEAP clinics across the state of Wisconsin, United States of America.

Kerry Hoops is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) from our parent company, Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP). Kerry is also the Director of the Green Bay Clinic of WEAP, who has 19 years of experience in working with hundreds of individuals with autism.

Kim Knippel is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), who has 13 years of experience in working with individuals with autism, and developing behavioural intervention plans to increase functional skills and reduce challenging behaviours in hundreds of children with autism.
Our Clinical Team are passionate individuals who are trained and experienced in bringing the best standards of intensive behavioural treatment to individuals with autism. Members of our team are also currently in the process of receiving our BCBA certification.
Director of EAP Malaysia
Jochebed Isaacs serves as Director at EAP Malaysia. She is also a Clinical Psychologist and a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at University Kebangsaan Malaysia and her Bachelor of Psychology at Curtin University of Technology.
Jochebed was trained as a supervisor at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project, United States of America under the guidance of Dr. Glen Sallows, Ms. Tamylnn Graupner, and Ms. Michelle Sherman. She has worked with hundreds of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Malaysia, Wisconsin (United States of America), Perth (Australia) and Singapore.
In October 2016, Jochebed Isaacs launched the Hope Project, the non-profit initiative of EAP Malaysia in conjunction with celebrating the company's 10 year anniversary.
Jochebed has also trained parents, therapists, and professionals on a variety of topics including Diagnosing Autism, Introduction to Autism, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Teaching, Play and Social Skills, Communication & Language, developing positive behavior support plans etc. She has been invited to speak in many different settings in different parts of Malaysia as well as in Cambodia & Brunei. Jochebed also conducts diagnostic evaluations and developmental assessments, which includes IQ, adaptive behavior and language tests.
Jochebed has appeared on the Breakfast Show & the Bella Show on NTV7, Bernama TV, radio stations such as BFM, AFO, Capital FM and Lite FM and been featured in Malaysia’s national newspapers which include the Star, New Straits Times, Berita Harian, Harian Metro, China Press, Sin Chew Jit Poh and other magazines and online newspapers.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Head of Clinical Operations at EAP Malaysia
Charmaine Koay is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Head of Clinical Operations and a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. Charmaine’s role at EAP includes overseeing the training and development of all clinical staff at EAP and has extensive experience in the area of facilitating training as well as public presentations. She has also been responsible for the planning and execution of EAP’s Annual Conferences. Additionally Charmaine conducts diagnostic evaluations, initial screenings and developmental assessments.
Charmaine obtained her Masters of Science in Mental Health from the Middlesex University London and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bedfordshire. Charmaine worked in the field of elderly mental health in the UK for four years before returning to Malaysia. Amongst her areas of experience include individualized care planning, quality monitoring (statutory standards) and policy formulation.

Rachel Gomez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from HELP University having earlier received her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) also from HELP University.
As a Supervisor, Rachel oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload, conducts parent trainings and school transitions as well as ensures the quality of the development and training of the therapists on her teams.
Rachel also coordinates and conducts Developmental Assessments for all our clients (e.g. international standardized cognitive, adaptive behavior and language assessments such as the Weschler battery of assessments, the Preschool Language Scale and the Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scales) which are a part of our treatment programme here at EAP. Rachel also conducts Diagnostic Evaluations and Initial Screenings.
Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Yu Chen is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University, Malaysia.
Yu Chen has been involved in multiple autism awareness campaigns organised by EAP Malaysia in various international schools during World Autism Awareness Month. As a supervisor, Yu Chen oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload, as well as ensures the quality and ongoing training of the therapists on her teams.
Together with Charmaine Koay, Yu Chen also pioneered the EAP School programme in 2018 and continues to oversee this key service at EAP.
Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Evie is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She is also a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, who is pursuing her passion to work with children with Autism, and their families.
Evie has gained experience working with different children on the autism spectrum. She has been involved in conducting Social Skills Group Classes, and currently oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload, training of new therapists, planning and organisation of EAP’s events and is involved in the clinical decisions for the organisation’s operations.
Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Jean is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She obtained her Masters of Child Psychology from UCSI University, Malaysia.
As an EAP Senior Supervisor, Jean oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. Jean has experience working with a range of children on the spectrum as a therapist and is also involved in conducting developmental assessments for the children in EAP.
Jean has been involved in the training and development of team members, as well as overseeing the centre’s operations and facilities.
Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Emma Sajidah is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from HELP University, Malaysia.
Emma joined EAP in 2011 and gained experience working with different children on the autism spectrum. Emma has worked as a therapist, team leader and is currently a supervisor at EAP, overseeing individualised ABA programmes for the children on her caseload.
Emma has been involved in the training and development of team members, conducting music classes, as well as the planning and organisation of EAP’s events, in particular our Annual Family Day.
Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Tiffany is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.
Tiffany has worked with a wide range of children and young adults on the autism spectrum. She has also been involved in multiple autism awareness campaigns in international schools and event spaces organised by EAP Malaysia during World Autism Awareness Month. Tiffany has also been involved in developing the curriculum and running the EAP School programme.
Tiffany currently oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children under her caseload, conducts parent trainings as well as oversees the Young Adults Programme here at EAP Malaysia.
Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Michelle is a supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from HELP University, Malaysia.
As a supervisor, Michelle oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. Michelle has experience working with a range of children on the spectrum as a therapist and was also involved in the organization of external events and public presentations.
Michelle is also involved in EAP’s non-profit initiative, The Hope Project, and contributes to the organisation’s creative content as well.

Sabine graduated with a Bachelors of Business Psychology from HELP University, Malaysia.
As a Supervisor, Sabine oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. Sabine has worked with a range of children on the spectrum as a therapist and has also participated in external events held during World Autism Awareness Month.
Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Darshinaa Velavan is a Supervisor at Early Autism Project Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Communications from Upper Iowa University's American Degree Program.
As a Supervisor, Darshinaa oversees individualised ABA programs for the children on her caseload, conducts parent trainings, oversees and develops curriculum for Life Skills Group Class and has in the past co-developed our 5 week Summer Camp and facilitated thematic peer play for our kiddos. Apart from that, Darshinaa also ensures the quality of development and training of the therapist on her team.
Darshinaa began overseeing and leading EAP's events department in 2021 and has co-organized Family Days, Annual Dinners, and other events since 2019.
Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Neeshallini Kaleappan is one of the supervisors here at EAP Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor of Cognitive Science from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and is currently pursuing her Masters in Cognitive Neuroscience at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
Neesha’s role as a supervisor includes training new therapists, managing the scheduling of our team, as well as hiring. She has worked with a wide range of children on the spectrum by conducting 1:1 therapy session and conducting our Social Skills Group Classes and EAP school.
Supervisor at EAP Malaysia
Nabilah graduated with a Bachelors of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has experience working with a variety of children on the spectrum through conducting 1:1 therapy sessions. Nabilah currently oversees the individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. She also has experience in assisting parents through multiple parent trainings, as well as the experience in aiding children on the spectrum as a school shadow aide. Nabilah is actively seeking to help spread the awareness on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Jia Yun is a supervisor in EAP Malaysia. She graduated with first class honours in Bachelor of Social Science, Psychology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC). She is current pursuing her Masters in Child Psychology at UCSI University Malaysia.
Jia Yun has experienced working with a wide range of individuals with autism by conducting 1:1 indivudualised ABA therapy sessions over the years working in EAP. She is currently overseeing individualised ABA programs for the children on her caseload. She was also involved in a few events ran by The Hope Project, a non-profit initiative of EAP Malaysia.

Atika is a supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Tg Malim, Perak. She has worked with a wide range of children on the spectrum by conducting 1:1 therapy sessions. Atika currently oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. She is also involved in parent trainings and school shadow aide.

Ying Tong is a Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University, Malaysia and is currently pursuing her Master of Counselling at Open University Malaysia (OUM). She worked in the field of education with students from different ages and children with learning disabilities before joining EAP Malaysia.

Ying Tong has worked with a range of children on the autism spectrum by conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, parent trainings and school shadow aide. Annabel is a supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences in Communications and Psychology from Monash University, Malaysia. Annabel currently oversees individualized ABA programs for the children on her caseload. She has also experience working with a range of children on the spectrum as a therapist and have been involved in the research and media department.

Atiqa is a Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hons.) Public Relations from Universiti Teknologi Mara. She is currently pursuing her passion to work with individuals on the spectrum.
Atiqa is involved in EAP's non-profit initiative, The Hope Project and conducting teacher-trainings for NASOM. She worked with a wide range of individuals on the spectrum by conducting 1:1 individualised ABA therapy sessions over the years working with EAP.

Yeeng is a supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Psychology from Universiry Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). She is currently pursuing her Masters in Educational Psychology at Universiti Malaya (UM). Yeeng has worked with a range of children on the spectrum by conducting 1:1 therapy sessions. Yeeng currently oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. She is also involved in conducting development assessments for children in EAP.

Ili is a supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from University of Nottingham Malaysia.
Ili has worked with a wide range of children on the spectrum by conducting 1:1 therapy sessions. Ili currently oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. Ili currently is also one of those that is leading our group class Lifeskills Group. She is also one of the trainers that goes into NASOM to train the teachers there as part of The Hope Project initiative. Lastly, Ili is also involved in our Autism At Home in translations and preparing downloadables.
Our Administrative Team is a multi-disciplinary team that comprises of highly motivated individuals who play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and management of day-to-day operations, events, finances, processes and core support functions at EAP.
Operations Manager at EAP Malaysia
Avi is the Operations Manager at EAP Malaysia. She obtained her Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College and a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate field, specialising in Operations, Events and Publishing.
Avi oversees the daily business operations in EAP, leading the administrative team, finance and human resource.
Assistant Manager at EAP Malaysia
Alice is an Assistant Manager at EAP Malaysia. Alice is currently completing her Chartered Certified Accountant qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountats (ACCA) and also has several years of work experience in accounting in finance prior to joining EAP.
Alice overseas the administrative processes at EAP, which includes client management and intake, finance, as well as human resources.
HR Executive at EAP Malaysia
Yi Wen is the Human Resource Executive at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Pyshcology (Hons) from HELP University, Subang 2, Malaysia. Yi Wen was a therapist and had experience working with a range of childten on the spectrum. Yi Wen was also involved in the media department. Yi Wen is currently involved in the administrative and daily business operations processes in EAP.
Our Therapy Team comprises of young and energetic individuals who are committed to the children in their care. Due to the nature of the job, our therapy team primarily comprises of young staff and degree holders in the field of Psychology, Early Childhood Education or other relevant mental health fields. All our therapists receive EAP’s internal intensive initial training and ongoing supervision to utilise the Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) approach to deliver treatment to individuals with autism.
