Dr Glen Sallows
Founder of EAP Malaysia & Wisconsin Early Autism Project
Dr Glen Sallows is the founder of EAP Malaysia as well as our parent company, Wisconsin Early Autism Project. He has been working in the field of autism for over 25 years and has supervised programmes for over 1000 Wisconsin children. He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon and trained with Dr. Ivar Lovaas at UCLA prior to starting WEAP in 1993 with Tamlynn D. Graupner, MS. Dr. Sallows and Dr. Graupner continue to study the effectiveness of ABA therapy and have brought this treatment to children in the U.S., Great Britain, Canada, Central America, Australia and Malaysia.
Dr. Sallows also served as Director of the Youth Counseling Program at the Children’s Psychiatric Center at the Community Mental Health Center in Freehold, New Jersey. He has taught at the University of Wisconsin and in a variety of other forums. He has published and presented nationally and internationally in the areas of child treatment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Dr. Sallows is a member of the American Psychological Association, Wisconsin Psychological Association, National register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and the Autism Society of America.

Dr Tamlynn Graupner

Dr Graupner is the Founder of EAP Malaysia and our parent company Wisconsin Early Autism Project. She has supervised the administration of therapy programs for over one thousand children. Dr. Graupner completed her Ph.D. in Pediatric Neuropsychology in 2013, studying brain differences in children with autism prior to and following intensive ABA therapy. Dr. Graupner also holds a B.S. in Psychology and Behavioral Science from the University of South Florida, and an M.S. in Early Childhood Development – Early Childhood Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Dr. Jochebed Isaacs serves as Director at EAP Malaysia. She was conferred as a honorary Doctor of Laws (honoris causa) by the University of Nottingham for the recognition of almost 2 decades of our work at EAP and our non-profit, The Hope Project. She is also a Clinical Psychologist and a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at University Kebangsaan Malaysia and her Bachelor of Psychology at HELP University and Curtin University of Technology.
Dr. Jochebed was trained as a supervisor at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project, United States of America under the guidance of Dr. Glen Sallows, Ms. Tamylnn Graupner, and Ms. Michelle Sherman. She has worked with hundreds of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Malaysia, Wisconsin (United States of America), Perth (Australia) and Singapore.
In October 2016, Dr. Jochebed Isaacs launched the Hope Project, the non-profit initiative of EAP Malaysia in conjunction with celebrating the company's 10 year anniversary.
Dr. Jochebed has also trained parents, therapists, and professionals on a variety of topics including Diagnosing Autism, Introduction to Autism, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Teaching, Play and Social Skills, Communication & Language, developing positive behavior support plans etc. She has been invited to speak in many different settings in different parts of Malaysia as well as in Cambodia & Brunei. Dr. Jochebed also conducts diagnostic evaluations and developmental assessments, which includes IQ, adaptive behavior and language tests.
Dr. Jochebed has appeared on the Breakfast Show & the Bella Show on NTV7, Bernama TV, radio stations such as BFM, AFO, Capital FM and Lite FM and been featured in Malaysia’s national newspapers which include the Star, New Straits Times, Berita Harian, Harian Metro, China Press, Sin Chew Jit Poh and other magazines and online newspapers.

Rachel Gomez is the Principal at EAP Malayisa. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from HELP University having earlier received her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) also from HELP University.
As the Principal, Rachel oversees the progress of children's individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on the supervisors that she supervises as well as oversees the clinical training of the team.
Rachel also oversees the Intake Department and also conducts Diagnostic Evaluations and Initial Screenings.

Yu Chen is the Head of Team and Operations at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University, Malaysia. In 2022, Yu Chen also obtained her Masters in Special and Inclusive Education from Univerisity of Nottingham (UK).
Yu Chen has been involved in multiple autism awareness campaigns organised by EAP Malaysia in schools, universities and organizations during World Autism Awareness Month. As a Senior Supervisor, Yu Chen oversees the progress of children's individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on the supervisors that she supervises. She also oversees the clinical training of the team.
Yu Chen pioneered the EAP School programme in 2018 but have since pivot to heading team related departments, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, team integration and development.

Evie is a Senior Clinical Supervisor and heads the Media and Marketing at Early Autism Project (EAP) Malaysia. A qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, she chose to pursue her true passion - working with children with autism and supporting their families.
Over the years, Evie has gained extensive experience working with children across the autism spectrum. She has facilitated Social Skills Group Classes at EAP Malaysia and conducted these classes as extracurricular programmes in an international school. She has also been involved in training new therapists. In her current role, she oversees individualised Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload, as well as for the supervisors under her guidance.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Evie is also involved in the planning and organising EAP events. As part of the Media and Marketing Team, she also oversees the production of Autism At Home videos, an online resource platform designed to provide families with autism, with simplified tips and strategies to teach and support their children at home.

As an EAP Senior Supervisor, Jean oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload, as well as for the supervisors under her guidance. Jean has experience working with a range of children on the spectrum and is also involved in conducting developmental assessments for the children in EAP. She also conducts Diagnostic Evaluations and Initial Screenings.

Tiffany is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia and The Hope Project Coordinator. She obtained her Bachelor of Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.
As a Senior Supervisor, Tiffany oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children under her caseload, conducts parent trainings and lead the Young Adults Programme here at EAP Malaysia. Tiffany is also coordinator of our non-profit initiative, The Hope Project, overseeing awareness campaigns especially during World Autism Awareness Month, services such as clinical monitoring of children and non-profit centres receiving subsidised services as well as resources such as Autism At Home. She also oversees overall partnerships at EAP and THP and is involved in the Events team here at EAP Malaysia.
Tiffany has been involved in developing the curriculum and running the pilot EAP School programme and conducts Initial Screenings. She is also a HRDF Certified Trainer since March 2025.

Darshinaa Velavan is a Experienced Supervisor at Early Autism Project Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Communications from Upper Iowa University's American Degree Program.
As a Experienced Supervisor, Darshinaa oversees individualised ABA programs for the children on her caseload, conducts parent trainings and also ensures the quality of development and training of the therapist on her team. Darshinaa in the past has also lead the Life Skills Group and facilitated thematic peer plays and summer camps.
Darshinaa also oversee the EAP Events Department since 2021 and have organized events like WAAM internal events, family day, staff outing, field trip, annual dinner, CPD's, and festivities at the centre. Darshinaa also oversees the Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) at the centres for Music Mondays, Wild/Water Wednesdays and Fun Fridays!

Neeshallini Kaleappan is EAP Penang Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
As the Supervisor at EAP Penang, she oversees individualized Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children under her caseload. She also facilitates Parent Training and Workshop Model services for EAP clients both from other states in Malaysia and internationally.
With extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum, she has conducted numerous 1:1 therapy sessions, led Social Skills Group Classes, and supported EAP school programmes.

Ann has a background in Brand Marketing and has worked across a number of global brands before joining EAP to pursue her passion in working with children with special needs.
At EAP, Ann currently oversees individualised Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) programmes for the children on her caseload. She has worked with a wide range of children on the spectrum by conducting 1:1 therapy sessions and experience in conducting Life Skills Group classes. Aside from therapy, Ann is actively involved in the media department. She creates content and manages the EAP's social media account, designs the banners and thumbnails for AAH and oversees the maintenance of the EAP website.

Ginny is a supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from University Putra Malaysia. Her passion for working with children sparked her journey into the field of special needs education. ABA therapy, in particular, has deepened her understanding of how to better support individuals from marginalized communities and inspired her to raise awareness in society about their needs.
Over the years, Ginny has gained extensive experience working with learners across the autism spectrum and experience in leading the EAP School curriculum at EAP. She also conducts assessments for our kiddos at EAP.
Ginny dreams of creating an inclusive educational environment for all children and fostering a society that is more aware, supportive, and compassionate toward individuals with special needs.

She has been working with a wide range of children on the spectrum over the years working at EAP including non-verbal and also with preteen boys in Life Skills Group. Vanessa is also involved in the events department where she lead Extracurricular Activities at EAP.

Alice is the Operations Manager at EAP Malaysia. Alice is currently completing her Chartered Certified Accountant qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountats (ACCA) and also has several years of work experience in accounting in finance prior to joining EAP.
Alice overseas the administrative processes at EAP, which includes client management and intake, finance, as well as human resources.

Jing Vern is a team trainer and HR Executive at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor in Psychological Science from Monash University Malaysia.
As a team trainer, she conducts new therapists training and supports new therapist in their overall transition into EAP. Jing Vern is experienced in working with a wide range of children on the spectrum. She has worked with kids that are non verbal, being a shadow aide in school and also working with pre teen boys in Life Skills Group.
Jing Vern currently oversees the hiring and recruitment of new therapists as well, making sure the right candidate is recruited to maintain the excellence in service quality in EAP.

Intan is an Operations Executive at EAP Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Human Sciences in Psychology from the International Islamic University Malaysia and has prior experience working with children with autism before joining EAP.
At EAP, Intan supports the smooth running of the centre’s operations. Her responsibilities include managing administrative processes, client intake, and overall centre operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning.
Intan is committed to ensuring that the centre operates seamlessly so that families receive the highest standard of service. She strives to create an environment where children with autism and their families feel supported, valued, and empowered throughout their journey.
Therapy Team
Our Therapy Team comprises of young and energetic individuals who are committed to the children in their care. Due to the nature of the job, our therapy team primarily comprises of young staff and degree holders in the field of Psychology, Early Childhood Education or other relevant mental health fields from local or overseas universities. All our therapists receive EAP’s internal intensive initial training and ongoing supervision to utilise the Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) approach to deliver treatment to individuals with autism.
