On the 11th of May, we had our annual Staff Outing to celebrate the EAP team! In conjunction with Teacher’s Day, the Events Team organised EAP Staff Outing 2024 with the theme ‘GO FOR GOLD!’ to appreciate our beloved EAP team members for going the extra mile with our kiddos each day. The theme GO FOR GOLD means to to attempt to achieve the maximum reward or result in any endeavors and is in line with our overall EAP theme for the year! For this year’s Staff Outing, we challenged our team’s athleticism to participate in adventure trails at Skytrex, Sungai Congkak. There were 3 options for our team to choose from:- Advance Trail: Rapid Extreme, Intermediate Trail: River Thrill or On the Ground for those who prefer to play board games instead! 

Our Senior Supervisor Tiffany Loh gave an encouraging speech to honour the EAP team for their efforts and our Senior Supervisors and Executive Team, Rachel Gomez and Chau Yu Chen, dedicated a heartwarming poem to the EAP team! 

In every subtle gesture, in every gentle smile,

You lead with grace and wisdom, and also make the kids’ day with slides.

On this Teachers’ Day, we honor your incredible role,

For the impact you make, for the lives you have changed.

To all our beloved ABA therapists, champions of care and grace,

We thank you for your tireless work and for lighting up each space.

It was a great day of adventure, food and bonding with each other! Working with children on the autism spectrum is no easy feat and we’d like to once again give a big shoutout and heartfelt thanks to our amazing EAP team for all the dedication and strength they bring into each kiddo’s lives! We truly appreciate and honour you!
