Happy Father’s Day!

“My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person. He believed in me.”

  • Jim Valvano

This Father’s Day, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the many extraordinary fathers, grandfathers and father figures we see in the autism community. Thank you to all the autism dads who work diligently and selflessly to make the world a more understanding and accepting place for children and adults with autism! Here at EAP, we get the privilege to see firsthand the amazing fathers that work alongside their children’s teams, being the biggest support system, celebrating each and every milestone of their child and most importantly, having a strong unwavering belief that their child can learn to their best potential!

To celebrate their fathers, our kiddos decorated and wrote Father’s Day cards for their daddies with the help of their therapists! Check out the pictures of them working on their lovely artwork below!

EAP also gave out specially curated Father’s Day packs for our kiddos to give to their daddies in line with our theme this year ‘Go for Gold!’

We would also like to acknowledge that being a father to a child with autism is no easy feat! Your belief and unwavering support for them definitely makes a huge difference in your child’s life — now, and every day of your child’s future. For all you do, we celebrate, appreciate and honour all the fathers out there!

Happy Father’s Day!
