Places to Visit this Hari Raya

“Selamat Aidilfitri

Kepada saudara serta saudari

Setahun hanya sekali

Merayakan hari yang mulia ini”

As Malaysia moves on to the endemic phase, the Hari Raya celebration this year would be one that most resembles what we used to have pre-pandemic. This undoubtedly adds to the excitement and anticipation of the festive season, which we have missed for the past two years. As with all festive seasons, this is a good time to expose your child to the culture, through craft activities, songs and dances, visiting the bazaar, and more! Here we have compiled a list of places with various Raya activities that your children can join to learn more about the festival, while enjoying themselves!

  1. Pavilion Bukit Jalil

From 9th April to 8th of May, Pavilion Bukit Jalil is organising a series of Raya activities, including fashion shows, festive dance and music performances, meet and greet, as well as kid’s colouring contest! For the full schedule of activities and performances happening through these 5 weeks, check out Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s Facebook page here!

  1. IOI City Mall

There is a series of fun craft workshops for kids at IOI City Mall from 7th April to the 8th of May! Besides, there is also a line up of Raya performances where you can enjoy with your family!

  1. IOI Mall Puchong

Check out the fun Raya workshops on different craft activities for kids at IOI Mall Puchong! Raya music and dance performance will also be happening throughout 13th April to the 8th of May!
